Mike Miller serves with Reclaim (formerly known as IDEAS), where he wears many hats to support the organization’s mission of helping individuals and communities flourish by removing barriers to dignity. His roles include overseeing consulting and training teams, leading Leadership Development initiatives, serving as the organization’s Business Specialist, and contributing on the Leadership Team.

As of June 1st, IDEAS officially became Reclaim, embracing the new name and the tagline: Dignity + Hope + Life. This transition better reflects the heart of Reclaim’s work—helping people reclaim their God-given dignity, reclaim hope, and reclaim life. Mike played a key role in guiding this transition, including managing updates to the organization’s IT systems to support its evolving mission.

In addition to his leadership during the rebranding process, Mike has been developing a holistic leadership development program for Reclaim’s staff. He’s also been mentoring several emerging leaders as they grow in their ability to carry out their calling—to serve those whose dignity has been diminished by injustice and corruption.
