TEACHING ENCOURAGING AFFIRMING MEN @ GFL
Ministry Overview: The purpose of our men’s ministry is to help the men of our church become disciples—men who walk with Christ, follow Christ, and work for Christ. Our approach involves creating opportunities for fellowship and friendship with other men, as well as providing projects of service. To learn more, click HERE.
Mission Statement:
TEAM GFL exists to glorify God by teaching, encouraging and affirming men at GFL in their relationships with God, family and others.
Goals:
TEAM GFL will fulfill the mission by empowering men to:
- Make their relationship with God a top priority
- Be the spiritual leader in their home
- Practice spiritual, moral, ethical and sexual purity
- Support the mission of GFL with prayer, time, talent and resources
- Reflect the character of Jesus and the fruit of His Spirit at home, work, church and community
- Demonstrate the power of Biblical unity at home, work, church and world
- Pursue vital relationships with a few other men
